  I don’t think that’s what he’s doing. Sure, he finds her cute. But I’ve had a feeling about Miles for a while. He’s an excellent judge of character. He hides it, but he’s got it.

      You take a risk at damaging your job with any newcomer. Someone with the best credentials/expierience for a job only says so much about anyone. So maybe it’s not a good thing, and maybe it’s not a bad thing. It’s too early to tell. At least Miles acknowledged she’s training for such a position. That’s more than what can be said for Mora when she ‘hired’ Miles. XD

    He picked someone who has no experience other than college courses. He also picked someone who came looking for a managerial position while wearing a t-shirt and overalls. Would you hire someone to be a manager if they looked like that and had no prior real-world experience?

Miles defenders are crying about how people are hating on him for his flippant attitude to the job *looks*. Oh I was right.You guys are so predictable.Bet you if Minos had done this it would be all out attack on him about how he doesn’t know what he was doing and he just hired anyone because they said they could do management with no experience.

Well here’s my thought process on it. If miles was watching Minos work on things here then he would see that the others seemed to be looking more for the perks of getting a job. Sunny here seems to be looking just for a job. Now you can say miles is just rushing it but i really believe he is smarter than that, picking the person who does not think of the benefits first and still had some of the proper experience in order to preform.
